Shipping and Returns Policy

1. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery typically takes 10-18 days from the date of order, depending on the manufacturer used and the specifications required. Some orders may require additional time if specialised components or materials need to be sourced.

2. Delays
All orders are made to order. If additional materials or components are required for your door, there may be delays while stock is ordered. Customers will be informed of any changes to estimated delivery times as soon as we receive updates from our manufacturers and couriers.

3. Shipping Process
We will provide estimated delivery dates at the time of order confirmation. Once your order is ready, we will coordinate with our courier partners to ensure prompt delivery.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive and inspect the order upon delivery. If any damage is noticed, it must be reported immediately to the courier and to us within 24 hours. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect the ability to resolve claims.

5. No Refunds on Made-to-Order Items
As all of our doors are bespoke and made to customer specifications, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has entered production. Customers must carefully review their order details prior to submission.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been sent to manufacture. If the manufacturing process has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

7. Amendments to Orders
In some cases, minor amendments may be possible before manufacturing begins. However, once the order is in production, no further changes can be made.

8. Defective or Damaged Goods
If a door arrives defective or damaged due to manufacturing faults, we will work to resolve the issue. Customers must report defects or damages within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos. Each case will be assessed individually, and where necessary, replacement parts or repairs will be arranged.
